Our Services

Vendor Services

Our sales team want to achieve the best possible results when you choose to sell your property in Melbourne.

At Ross-Hunt Real Estate we pride ourselves on creating an environment that enables you to make confident choices and decisions all while being guided by our local knowledge and industry expertise.

Presale Period

Ross-Hunt Real Estate will assist you through the entire property sales process with buyer advocacy in mind.

  • Upon appointment as your agent, we immediately contact people we have on our database who are qualified to buy and may be suited to buying your property.
  • We organize professional photography, a floor plan and copywriting, along with any print media such as a sign board, brochures and extra information handouts.
  • In the case of selling rental properties in Melbourne, we liaise with the tenants and advise them of the details of the sale procedure and necessary inspections. We do this diplomatically so that inconvenience is kept to a minimum. We also communicate with the property manager so that the tenants are reimbursed for any inspections at the property.

Sale Campaign

During the sales campaign Ross-Hunt Real Estate will assist you with:

  • At our open inspections we will provide and have on display colour property brochures, floorplans and other details about the property to assist our buyers.
  • We follow up feedback from buyers after open inspections and any private inspections that occur.
  • Any expressions of interest via offers will be communicated to you immediately.

 After-Sale Period

Following a successful property sales campaign Ross-Hunt Real Estate will assist you with:

  • We follow up Section 27 document which enables the deposit to be released to you (less costs).
  • We conduct final inspection prior to settlement.
  • We ask that you make available to us a complete set of keys and the names of service providers ie. electricity, water and gas 1 week prior to settlement. This will enable the transition to occur smoothly.
  • Your solicitor will normally advise us when settlement has occurred. We ask that they confirm with us in writing when settlement has occurred so that keys can be released to the purchaser.
