John Ross

Managing Director

John is a former President of the REIV as well as founding President of the Business Brokers Chapter and the Body Corporate Management Chapter of the REIV. John is also the founder and Managing Director of Pyramid Salt Pty Ltd and is a farmer of crops and wool. John was a member of the Lions Club for 35 years and his contribution to the local community has been enormously rewarding, not only to him but those around him. John was also a major influence in achieving extensions to Eva Tilley elderly care hostel as well as being involved in the operation of aged care facilities at Pyramid Hill in regional Victoria.

Brendan Annesley

Ian Anderson

Sales Manager

After spending over 10 years in the Mining Industry as a Project Engineer with RioTinto, Ian embarked on a Real Estate career which saw him trained and working in the early days at N. R. Reid & Co.

It was in the Waverley area he worked for over 25 years which included 15 years as a Director of the Stockdale & Leggo office at Glen Waverley as part of a 90 office network. His office there was constantly in the top ten within the group and many of his employees are now Directors of their own companies. It is this expertise that he has now brought to the Ross Hunt Sales team which over the past few years has gone from strength to strength.

Ian is a Licensed Auctioneer and is well versed in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry.

He is a keep advocate of sports psychology applied to business where second best is not an option.

Keeping fit is an on going commitment and Ian still rides a surfboard, competes in ocean swims and finds reading, cooking and live theatre excellent relaxation therapy.

Min O’Callaghan

Sales Consultant

Min was trained in London and worked for a number of years as a private secretary. She speaks English, Bahasa Malaysia and three Chinese dialects fluently. Min ran her own real estate business for almost ten years in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia. Agnes Hartono

Sales Consultant

Agnes brings a wealth of enthusiasm, commitment and dedication to our Company. She is a highly motivated 'people' person whose priorities are client needs and satisfaction.

Agnes was educated at Camberwell High School, and later, while studying at university, she received a 'Gold Award' for customer service while working part-time in a retail environment. She then completed a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design at Swinburne University and subsequently worked with Architects as a professional interior design consultant for several years prior to joining Ross Hunt.

Agnes lives locally in Hawthorn, is competent in Autocad and many other computer disciplines. Her outside interests include, fine arts, travel, culinary pursuits and dancing. She is fluent in Indonesian, English and is a valuable asset to our team.

Riki Decarne

Riki joins Ross Hunt with a background in Sales and Marketing where he was involved in public relations with a large communications company and subsequently Real Estate Sales in New South Wales.

Graeme Sharpe

Property Manager

Graeme was involved in the professional electronic industry for over twenty-five years. Initially working in the technical aspects, he graduated to the marketing sales team. Negotiation was a key factor in this area where large government and commercial organisations were the major target based around contractual and tender specifications. Representing many overseas manufacturing companies, Graeme made many overseas trips to meet the principals - mainly based in the U.S.A. The final ten years in this industry were spent as General Manager overseeing the successful growth of this company. Property has always been an interest to Graeme having bought his first investment property at a very early age. Keenly following the property market over the years, he has bought and sold many properties which provide an excellent background in this area. He subsequently decided to become more involved in the market by joining the property management group at Ross-Hunt Real Estate.
