Ian Anderson
Sales Manager
After spending over 10 years in the mining industry as a Project Engineer with Rio Tinto, Ian embarked on a real estate career which saw him trained and working in the early days at N. R. Reid & Co.
He worked for over 25 years which included 15 years as a Director of the Stockdale & Leggo office at Glen Waverley as part of a 90 office network. His office was constantly in the top ten within the group and many of his employees are now directors of their own companies. It is this expertise that he has now brought to the Ross Hunt Sales Team which in recent years has gone from strength to strength. Ian is a Licensed Auctioneer and is well versed in all aspects of the real estate industry.
He is a keen advocate of sports psychology applied to business where second best is not an option. Keeping fit is an on going commitment and Ian still rides surfboard, competes in ocean swims and finds reading, cooking and live theatre excellent relaxation therapy. He does not include the word retire in his vocabulary.

Chiew Min Baker
Sales Consultant
Min was trained at Lucie Clayton’s, London and worked for a number of years in the UK as a private secretary. In Malaysia, she worked as a sec/pa to CEOs of worldwide organizations and taught secretarial duties at a commercial institute. She speaks fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and three Chinese dialects. Later, Min ran her own real estate business for almost ten years. These experiences have enriched her life and enables her to easily communicate with people in a multi-cultural society such as ours.
For the past eight years, she has been a successful real estate agent in Melbourne with Ross-Hunt. She has sold residential properties ranging from apartments and villa units to million-dollar houses often with prices exceeding the clients’ expectations. She is an excellent negotiator as testified by her many local and overseas clients.
For recreation, Min enjoys a daily exercise regime at the gym or swimming pool to stimulate her mind with creative ideas. Her hobbies include ballroom dancing, dress designing, interior decorating, flower arranging, singing, walking and cooking gourmet meals.

Ming Chen
Sales Consultant
Ming Chen originally from the Fugiang Province of China, made Australia her home around 12 years ago. She immediately built a huge network of friends and business associates. She has tertiary qualifications in Applied Chemistry Honours (R.M.I.T.); has had extensive experience in running her own business and speaks fluent Mandarin.
Her business acumen and experience in the property industry make her a valuable member of our team. Her motto is ‘Focus on a good outcome for all’.

Mei Shy Lui (Macy)
Sales Consultant
Macy is a fully qualified financial planner with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Deakin University and has a Diploma of Commerce from the MIBT.
She has a specialized career to date ranging from customer service in the food industry to financial analysis with several large accounting firms in Melbourne.
As a member of our Sales team Macy is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, always puts other people first and treats your property as her own.
